I use a direct method for teaching which focuses on pronunciation and conversation. This will help you to speak and communicate in English faster and promote confidence when using English. When the student is more advanced I like to incorporate grammar. For grammar I like to refer to a workbook that we choose.

I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Georgia Southern University. My last job was as a lead restaurant manager. My responsibilities included overseeing the daily operation of my location, traveling to other locations, and training new managers to run their own locations.
I like to begin by discussing what it is that you would like to accomplish in our sessions. I will maintain a record of your progress from our sessions. You can expect to have knowledge and understanding checks to determine how much information you have retained. The number of checks will vary depending on how often we have sessions.
