During our first free meet-up, we’ll:
a) Explore how the platform works,
b) Fill out two short questionnaires: one about your learning goals, and another about your learning style (how you learn best),
c) Discuss your schedule, motivation, and any previous experience you bring.
Based on all of this, I’ll create a custom learning roadmap designed specifically for you — so from the very beginning, everything we do is clear, purposeful, and aligned with your unique learning profile.

My key qualities are empathy and care. As your guide, my role is to facilitate communication, listen attentively, encourage your independence, and build friendly relationships. I strive to reduce feelings of anxiety, fear, or shyness of asking questions. I need you to feel comfortable. I
keep it light and make it fun. I move from a teacher-centered approach to a more student-centered experience. I do not force anything – if something doesn’t work, I adapt. Thisprocess is a growing experience for both of us.
Your learning process is a joint responsibility – neither mine nor yours alone – it’s ours.
You have a considerable say in the decision-making process at every stage of the course. I don’t see you as a passive recipient of information. Rather, I encourage you to take initiative, and strive for progress. I welcome your contributions without judgment, maintaining a “you can
do it” mindset. I believe we can gain a deeper understanding when we shape both what and how we are learning.
I view English as a useful aid when needed for comprehension and formulating hypotheses about Polish – your target language, particularly in the early stages. This approach is flexible: I can continue using English in all of our lessons, or we can avoid it entirely to immerse you fully in the linguistic context.
