I started to explore the “development” concept from a very young age. Over time, I believe that in the present era some students are facing illiteracy and need to polish their skills and knowledge, which is a basic part of humanity to learn and deliver. I discovered the challenges early and devised strategies that have helped me and that I believe will come in handy for the next generation of leaders as well. Secondly, do not wait for support, and start small step. Every big idea can start small step! Break down the big, ambitious project into smaller pieces that can be implemented with little or no support. With small projects, you will gain experience and trust. Once prove to the world that you have “content,” then you will be amazed at how quickly the world. We do not have to sit around and wait for our turn to make a positive impact. We have the power as consumers, as students, as citizens to grow this movement. We are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but we are also the leaders of today.
