Hello, I'm Melanie, a Chicago native who has recently embraced Leipzig as my new home while pursuing a diploma in Medienkunst at Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst.

My journey as an English teacher spans over four years, starting in Poland where I discovered my passion for teaching while studying Arts.

My teaching ventures have taken me to diverse educational settings, including institutions like the National Museum and Collegium Da Vinci in Posen. I've worked with various age groups, from preschool and kindergarten children to young learners.

I conducted in-company training online, catering to learners from the USA Embassy, the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification, Henkel, Amica, and Securitas. This role expanded my teaching horizons, allowing me to tailor methods to meet unique group needs, ensuring engaging learning experiences.

Complementing my teaching expertise, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts, offering a unique perspective on creative expression and effective communication. Furthering my academic pursuits, I engaged in a MA program in Creative Writing and Film and Culture Studies during 2020-2021.

I am passionate about blending creativity with education, and I look forward to contributing my diverse skill set to future endeavours
