O sobie:
I've been teaching English online to Japanese students for almost 4 years. When students request for a free conversation class, we usually talk about anything under the sun and ask my student a lot of questions to improve his/her communication skills. I am also experienced in terms of handling business students. My company provides teaching materials that we can use together and if we finished the material immediately, I have to engage the student in a discussion relevant to business.
Regarding my teaching process, I always start the lesson by introducing myself and asking the student to do the same thing if it's our first lesson. During the lesson, I correct the student's noticeable mistakes proactively and give him/her honest feedback at the end of every lesson.
