The most effective way that I assist my students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans which suit their learning styles and needs. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources that entail the use of technology, audio, and visual methods to ensure proper comprehension and lasting retainability of each lesson's concepts. As a teacher, I strive to create and maintain an open, communicative, and supportive classroom where students are motivated to learn and feel safe, secure, and unique.
