I hold a degree in Environmental Management and also a Master of Science student in Project management in Academia WSB. Over the years, I’ve also completed several additional trainings in leadership which have helped me stay current with modern educational practices.
My teaching method is student-centered and interactive. I focus on making lessons both engaging and practical by using real-life examples, discussions, multimedia tools, and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of my learners. I believe in setting clear goals, giving constructive feedback, and encouraging students to take responsibility for their learning.
As a result, my students can expect a supportive and structured environment that fosters not only academic success but also confidence and independence. Many of my students have shown significant improvement in both their performance and motivation, and I take great pride in seeing them grow beyond the classroom.
